YOKI RETURN POLICY FOR WHOLESALE
YOKI FASHION INC. wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. All unworn purchases may be exchanged or returned for a refund with the following conditions:
1. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes and original master case along with the original sales receipt or purchase order within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
3. To return an item, you must have an RA number first so they can accept it at the warehouse.
4. An RA form should include the following:
Complete the included Return/Exchange form, state the reason for the return or if the item is returned for exchange please provide the item number and size you need. The form and invoice must be included in your return package in order to receive the proper credit.

It is our goal to offer the best service for our customers. All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch and should reach you undamaged and ready for use. For international clients, please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. Please note that your order may be subject to additional charges for duties and taxes by the destination country. Duties and taxes will be paid on your behalf by the shipper and you must agree to pay these charges to receive your order. Also, please make sure that you provide us an accurate shipping address, as YOKI is not liable for any incorrect shipping addresses.
